Lead defense of a collections subsidiary of an international telecommunications company in a federal court action where plaintiffs sought to certify a nationwide class advancing Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and Fair Debt Collections Practices Act (FDCPA) claims; negotiated a favorable settlement and prevented class certification
