Kane v. National Action Financial Services, Inc., U.S. Dist. Ct. E.D. MI Case No. 2011-cv-11505. Lead defense of a collections subsidiary of an international telecommunications company in a federal court action where plaintiffs sought to certify a nationwide class advancing Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and Fair Debt Collections Practices Act (FDCPA) claims; negotiated a favorable settlement and prevented class certification
